A little about me...
Having grown up in a family passionate about food - and knowing that I wanted to work with people and support their health in some way – becoming a dietitian was the obvious choice for me.

Brought up in South Africa with Mauritian roots, I moved to the UK over 20 years ago, and now have two sons. I feel my experiences have afforded me a wealth of experience and empathy, and I love to support women on their journey to optimal health.

I completed a BSc in Dietetics in South Africa before moving to the UK, and I have worked in the NHS and in the private sector now for many years.
I also ensure that I keep up-to-date with the latest research and evidence to be able to provide realistic, evidence based and effective personalised nutritional recommendations to my clients. I am a member of the British Dietetic Association as well as being registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Having supported patients in the fields of weight loss management, bariatric surgery, diabetes, gut health, and women’s health, I am well equipped to provide you with the tools you need to optimise your health and achieve your goals.
