PCOS Dietitian & Nutritionist: Surrey & Online

Supporting the management of your PCOS symptoms with positive dietary and lifestyle changes

Supporting Your Health and Fertility

I understand that dealing with symptoms of PCOS can feel frustrating, lonely and overwhelming, but you’re not alone. In fact, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects around 1 in 10 women in the UK. It can impact everything from weight and energy levels to blood sugar control and fertility.

The good news? Nutrition and lifestyle changes can make a huge difference in managing symptoms and improving overall well-being.

As a PCOS dietitian and nutritionist, I help women take control of their health with tailored, evidence-based nutrition advice. Whether you’re looking to manage PCOS symptoms, improve hormone balance, or support fertility, I’ll work with you to create sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle.

How a PCOS Dietitian can Help you

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to PCOS, but with the right nutrition and lifestyle strategies, you can:

  • Balance blood sugar levels to reduce cravings and energy crashes.

  • Manage weight in a way that feels sustainable and healthy.

  • Improve hormone balance and regulate cycles.

  • Support fertility and prepare your body for pregnancy.

  • Reduce inflammation and improve overall well-being.

Together, we’ll look at your current diet, lifestyle, medical history, and personal goals to create a plan that works for you—without extreme restrictions or unrealistic expectations.
